Charlie Dark is awesome, his work and music have been in my life for years. Through music, poetry and now with running,
Charlie is the founder of the running crew I run with, RunDemCrew, and this Sunday he is taking 6 young people under the age of 25 out to run the London Marathon! Click on the RDC Younger image below to helo them along with their fundraising.
Sometimes I took in all his work without consciously knowing who he was, case in point is the Netsayi 12″ I have owned for years. Only this year actually read the label to my favourite track to discover it’s Charlie Dark remix!
The Charlie Dark remix of Tatters is buff, it is just the best combination that could be, see yesterdays Track Of the Day post for more on that. Charlie’s taste is music weaves and meanders through so many genres and Blacktronica goers will attest to that.
Here, however, is a Reggae mix he did from BTS radio in 2010. There is not track listing but I am sure you will recognise a few tracks, I myself won’t be much help to you!
